“Very nice!”

“Room was clean, nice river view. Good location. No beach at this property as it was advertised (not a big deal for us but just be aware). The add is misleading, the Natura resorts are far from each other and you need a vehicle to go between them. It was not an issue for us and having access to all Natura facilities was great. They can have better/more washing machines if it’s advertised as available. We will be back.”

“It was nice having an indoor pool. However, the only reason we chose this property was because it stated that Noah’s Ark waterpark passes were included with the stay. When I went to check in, I was notified they haven’t done that in several years. If I knew this beforehand, I would have chose a different resort. We stayed in one of the bigger suites to accommodate our party. The king sized bed in our room was very springy and uncomfortable. The pillows were not great either. I have stayed at...

“The room was not clean at all. There was an used soap in the bathtub, hair on the bathroom floor, and the room was very run down. For the price of the room, I would expect a well maintained and clean room.”
